This will confirm Mr. Reis's statement to you yesterday at our meeting to discuss discovery in this proceeding.
The Staff, on or about July 15, 1993, provided the Licensing Board with a copy of the Commission's CLI-93-15 dated July 14, 1993 which vacated the Partial Director's Decision pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.206, DD-93-08 dated April 22, 1993.
DD-93-08 was issued in response to Mr. Mosbaugh's petition under 10 C.F.R. S 2.206 to the Commission.
