Errata Sheet for CLI-82-29 (October 8,1982)
Please make the following changes in your copies of the Commission's Order CLI-82-29, served October 8,1982:
- 1. On page 2, line 10 from the top, the sentence beginning "Although no application..." should be deleted and the following inserted:
An application for an operating license for WNP-1 has been docketed and CSP has sought intervention in that proceeding. A notice of opportunity for hearing with regard to WNP-2 was issued in July 1978 in response to a WPPSS OL application.
- 2. On page 16, the first line from the top, the word " extension" should be added between the words " permit" and " proceeding".
