In CLI-15-18, the Commission reversed the Boards decision admitting three contentions and directed the Board to terminate this adjudicatory proceeding regarding license renewal for the Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2.1 Accordingly, this adjudicatory proceeding is terminated.
