Registration of Use of Casks to Store Spent Fuel In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, Conditions of general license issued under §72.210, paragraph (b)(2), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) is registering, with the NRC, the use of this cask under the general license to store spent fuel at Braidwood Station. The initial use of this cask to store spent fuel occurred on July 15, 2022. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days, which would be Sunday, August 14, 2022. Per 10 CFR 72.4, if the submission deadline date falls on a Saturday, or Sunday, or a Federal holiday, the next Federal working day becomes the official due date. Accordingly, this submittal is due by Monday, August 15, 2022.
