Addendum to 2003 Braidwood Station Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report This addendum to the 2003 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report dated April 30, 2004 submitted under Braidwood Letter BW040041 is being provided to correct page 4 of 57 as noted below.
- 1.
Section B, "Iodine Releases," - third quarter, "Average Release Rate," was incorrectly reported as <LLD (i.e., Lower Limit of Detection). The correct value is 1.09E-05.
- 2.
Section C, "Particulate (>8 day half-life) Releases," - fourth quarter and total, "Gross Activity," were incorrectly reported as 2.05E+00 and 2.05E+00 respectively. The correct values are 2.05E-06 and 1.87E-05.
- 3.
Section C, "Particulate (>8 day half-life) Releases," - third quarter, fourth quarter, and total, "Average Release Rates," were incorrectly reported as <LLD,
<LLD, and 6.50E-02 respectively. The correct values are 2.11E-06, 2.61 E-07, and 5.91 E-07.
These corrections have been captured in the Exelon Generation Company Corrective Action Program.
