A'ITACilMENT A EVALUATION OF FFD DATA 7/1/91-12/31/91 Positive Test Results o Prebadging'. During the second half of 1991 there was only a single positi"e pre-access test result. This was for alcohol and represents a 0.4% positive testing rate when considering all prebadging tests, o - Accrecate Positive Test Results: The following is a breakdown of the positive test results for this year as compared to 1990.
