Dear Sir:
This is in response to your letter of May 31, 1984, concerning Revision Nos.
13 and 14 to the Pilgrim Station Modified Amended Security Plan, and our followup letter of August 1,1984 concerning the same issue.

In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p), please find enclosed pages of Revision 15 of the Pilgrim Station Modified Amended Security Plan. These pages contain those portions of Revision 13 and 14 which were not considered acceptable under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p). Said pages have been modified in conformance with the comments contained in your letter and as a racult of communication with your representatives concerning this matter.
Hi-lited pages, detailing the changes, are included to assist your analysis of our changes.
Pursuant to 10CFR73.21 of the NRC's reguictions, we are requesting that you withhold information provided in the attached Revision 15 inserts, cover page and hi-lited copies from public inspection.
When separated from Enclosure, handle this document as decontrolled.
