In a letter dated December 5, 2000,(1) a -license amendment request was submitted that would have revised the Millstone Unit No. I Technical Specifications to be consistent with the proposed Improved Standard Technical Specifications applicable to permanently shutdown and defueled facilities.
Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc.
(DNC) has reevaluated the proposed amendment request and has decided not to pursue the proposed amendment request.
Therefore, DNC hereby withdraws the proposed amendment request.
There are no regulatory commitments contained within this letter.
