U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. 1, 2 and 3 Suitability, Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 17 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) hereby submits Revision 17 to the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Suitability, Training and Qualification Plan (ST&Q). A description of the changes to the ST&Q is contained in. The revision to the ST&Q is provided as Enclosure 1.
The Millstone Nuclear Power Station Site Operations Review Committee has evaluated the revision pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) and concurs that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the ST&Q.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21(b), the ST&Q is considered safeguards information and, as such, DNC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1). Upon separation of Enclosure 1 the remainder of this letter may be decontrolled.
There are no regulatory commitments contained within this letter.
