U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. 1, 2 and 3 Physical Security Plan, Revision 43 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) hereby submits Revision 43 to the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP). A description of the changes to the PSP is contained in Attachment 1. The revision to the PSP is provided as Enclosure 1.
The Millstone Nuclear Power Station Site Operations Review Committee has evaluated the revision pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) and concurs that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the PSP.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21(b), the PSP is considered safeguards information and, as such, DNC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1). Upon separation of Enclosure 1 the remainder of this letter may be decontrolled.
There are no regulatory commitments contained within this letter.
