U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.1,2, and 3 Physical Security Plan. Revision 28 Pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby submits Revision 28 to the Millstone Station Physical Security Plan. An explanation of the changes is provided as Attachment 1. The revision to the plan is provided as.
The Millstone Nuclear Power Station Site Operations Review Committee has evaluated this revision pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p) and has determined that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
Pursuant to 10CFR73.21(b), the Physical Security Plan is considered safeguards information and, as such, NNECO requests that the attached changes be v sneld from public disclosure pursuant to 1.0CFR2.790(a).
