t2 LER 96-040-00") and LER 96-051-01 ) contain the following commitments:
B15757-2 NNECO commits to complete a review of the seismic design adequacy of safety-related plant piping. This review will cover both small bore and large bore piping, and will verify that all safety-related large bore lines have been addressed under the IEB 79-14 project.
l B15757-3 NNECO will supplement this LER [LER 96-040-00] with the results of the review of small and large bore piping. NNECO anticipates that the supplemental LER will be forwarded by November 1,1996.
B15917-2 NNECO commits to supplement this LER [LER 96-051-01) with the results of this ongoing NUSOER 92-02 Program review by January 30,1997.
The above commitments are related to the activities under the NUSOER 92-02 Program. The Program reviews and calculations are nearing completion, however, it is expected that finalizing the documentation will require additional time. Therefore, the new commitment completion date is " prior to startup for operating Cycle 16." The date change does not change the current
- requirement that the committed activities be completed prior to declaring the individual systems operable.
The revised commitments are:
