U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.1,2, and 3 Security Trainina and Qualification Plan. Revision 14 Pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby submits Revision 14 to the Millstone Station Security Training and Qualification Plan.
An explanation of the changes is provided as Attachment 1. The revision to the plan is provided as Attachment 2.
The Millstone Nuclear Power Station Site Operations Review Committee has evaluated tHs revision pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p) and has determined that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Training and Qualification Plan.
Pursuant to 10CFR73.21(b), the Security Training and Qualification Plan is considered safeguards information and, as such, NNECO requests that the attached changes be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(a).
