In a letter dated' April 14, 1995,W the NRC Staff provided a Request for Additional Information (RAI) concerning the Millstone Unit No. 2 Individual Plant Examination (IPE).
The RAI consists of forty (40) questions, many of which have several parts.
Due to the large number of questions and complex nature of the-RAI, the NRC requested a schedule for submitting a written response to the RAI.
The-purpose'of this letter is to provide that schedule.
Based on a review of the NRC RAI and subsequent telephone discussions with the NRC Staff, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company commits to submit a written response to the RAI, related to the Millstone Unit No. 2 IPE, by August 31, 1995.
