The NNECO Site Operations Review Committee has' evaluated this revision pursu-ant to 100FR50.54(p)'and has determined that it does not decrease the effec-
.tiveness of.the Physical Security Plan.
Pursuant to'10CFR73.21(b), the Physical Security Plan is considered safeguards
-information and, as such, NNECO requests that the attached changes be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(a).
