Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. I and 2 MODIFIED AMENDED SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 10 Revision 10 to Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's (NNECO) Modified Amended Security Plan (MASP) for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Units No. I and No. 2, was previously submitted to the NRC Staff via Reference (1). Subsequent conversations with your Staff have indicated that inclusion of Safeguards Information (SI) in MASP revision transmittal cover letters, as was done in Reference (1), causes processing difficulties in the handling of MASP revisions.
Therefore, at your request, this letter is being transmitted for your use as the
" actual" MASP Revision 10 cover letter. Since this letter is not classified Si and is thus decontrolled, we trust it will resolve the Staff's concerns on this issue.
In the future, MASP revisions will be structured so that 51 is contained only in the actual MASP revision and not in the associated letter of transmittal.
