MILLSTONE NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 2 STARTUP TESTINC REPORT Pursuant to the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.3, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby submits the summary report of the plant startup and power escalation testing, following the Cycic 5 refueling.
As indicated in the Attachment, all startup test results were within the acceptance criteria and applicable Technical Specification requirements.
We trust you find the attached report sufficient to fulfill the require-ments of the Millstone Unit No. 2 Technical Specifications.
