'U-l n) td NORTHEAST UTILITIES QUALITY ASSURANCE P TOPICAL REPORT REVISION 4A Northeast Utilities hereby submits 40 copies of Revision 4A to the Northeast Utilities Quality Assurance Program Topical Report.
Re-vision 4 of the Topical Report had been submitted to you earlier on November 5,1981, for review and evaluation.
Further changes to Re-vision 4 were submitted on March 18, 1982.
In your letter of April 9, 1982, you indicated that the Quality Assurance Program described in the Topical Report steets the criteria of Appendix B to 10CFR Part 50 and is, therefore, acceptable.
A copy of this letter and the attached NRC evaluation of the Topical Report are included in each copy submitted.
The Quality Assurance Program shall be issued for implementation for the following Northeast Utilities nuclear power plants:
