Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 SENIOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES IN THE NUCLEAR GENERATION GROUP The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Mr. Lawrence J. Weber, Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer, has retired from American Electric Power (AEP), resulting in the organizational changes specified below. Indiana Michigan Power Company, which is owned by AEP, is the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2.

  • Mr. Joel P. Gebbie, previously the Site Vice President, has assumed the duties of the Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer.
  • Mr. Quinton (Shane) Lies, previously the Engineering Vice President, has assumed the duties of the Site Vice President.
  • Mr. Mark W. Lloyd, previously the Projects Director, has assumed the duties of the Engineering Vice President.
  • Mr. James D. Ross, previously the Plant Engineering Director, has assumed the duties of the Plant Manager.

These changes were effective January 1, 2016. All future correspondence for the Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer should be directed to Mr. Gebbie.
