Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 ORGANIZATION CHANGES IN THE NUCLEAR GENERATION GROUP The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Mr. Raymond A. Hruby, Jr., Vice President - Site Support Services of the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, has left American Electric Power.

Mr. Michael H. Carlson, previously Engineering Director, has assumed the duties of Vice President - Site Support Services. Mr. Randy F. Ebright, previously Director, Training and Performance Improvement, has assumed the duties of Engineering Director. These changes were effective June 19, 2010.

All future, correspondence for the Vice President - Site Support Services should be directed to Mr. Carlson,.

In addition, Mr. James M. Petro, Jr., previously Senior Legal Counsel and Regulatory Affairs Manager, has returned to his Senior Legal Counsel duties on a full time basis, and I have assumed the duties of Regulatory Affairs Manager, effective June 1, 2010.
