Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File: 0260/L-835.0 Special Report 84-033/0, Breach of Fire-Rated Penetration Seal AECM-84/0434 On August 1,1984, a fire-rated wall penetration seal between the RHR "B" piping room and the RWCU "B" pump room was broken so that planned maintenance work could be performed. A fire watch was established as specified by Technical Specification 3.7.7.
The penetration will be resealed when the work is complete. This Special Report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.2 due to the LCO exceeding the seven-day time limit.
