Yes.

A Technical Specification change on negative moderator temperature coefficient has been submitted.

Included in the chance request are changes in shutdown margin and in Refueling Water Tank

-temperature.

Scheduled date(s) for submitting proposed licensing action and supporting information. The Technical Sepcification change request on moderator temperature coefficient was submitted in April.

Important licensing considerations associated with refueling, e.g., new or different. fuel design or supplier, unreviewed design or performance analysis methods, significant changes in fuel design, new operating procedures.

The fresh fuel will have a modification to the CEA guide tube wear sleeves which has been reviewed.

(Ref. SER dated September 7, 1984 for C-E Report LD-84-043).

A longer cycle, a new approved CPC program, and a change in in-core fuel management from out-in-in to in-in-out are also planned.
