Dear Sir or Madam:
By letter (References 1, 2, and 3), Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) proposed a change to the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2) Technical Specifications (TSs) to:
- 1) reorganize Section 6.0, Administrative Controls; 2) modify the actions and surveillance requirements (SRs) of various other TSs to support the reorganization;
- 3) modify several actions and SRs that are related to systems that are shared by ANO-2 and ANO, Unit 1 (ANO-1); and 4) change various TS bases as needed to support the above changes.
In order to support one of the proposed changes described in the previously submitted request, Entergy will add a new commitment to the list of those previously included. includes a compilation of commitments associated with the requested change.
