In our letter of March 30, 1981 to you regarding the report MSS-NAI-P Reactor Physics Methods, we stated that a response to your questions regarding this report would be provided by August 1, 1981.
Unanticipated difficulties have arisen in assembling the information needed to answer your questions; therefore we wish to postpone the submission of our answers until October 16, 1981. We regret any inconvenience imposed by this delay.
However, we believe that sufficient time remains for the review to be completed before the methodology described in this report will be needed for generation of reload analyses or Technical Specifi-cations.
