- Article IWA-6230 in Section XI of the American' Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code' requires the Owner to submit an inservice inspection (ISI)-
summary report within 90 days of the completion ~of the..ISI coriducted during a refueling outage. As the operator for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit.2 (ANO-2), Entergy Operations is submitting this report on behalf of the Owner, Arkansas Power & Light Company (AP&L).
t The scope of the report is to provide the inspection results of the Class 1 and 2 pressure I
retaining components and their supports.
l Included in the attached. report are the Form NIS-1 " Owner's Report: for Inservice Inspections" and a summary of the ISI component examinations. The ISI was performed before and during the tenth refueling outage (2R10) for ANO-2. The outage was completed on April 24,1994. This form was prepared in accordance with the 1989 Edition of Section L
XI of the Code.
The NIS-2 forms, " Owner's Report for Repairs and Replacements" are included in the i
attachment and address repairs and/or replacements since the completion of the ninth refueling outage (2R9), October 20,.1992, through the completion of 2R10. Six NIS-2 forms that were not included in the 2R9 ISI Outage Summary Report dated January 18,' 1993 (2CAN019302),
are also attached.
