Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-368 License No. NPF-6 Inadvertant Safety System Actuation Due to a Potential PPS Design Problem Gentlemen:
Your letter dated January 7, 1983, (2CNA018301) issued Amendment No. 39 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-6 for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2.
This amendment, in part, approved the deletion of Channel Functional Tests for the items noted on Table 4.3-1 of the Technical Specifications during the period January 1,1983 through January 31, 1983, inclusive.
We are aware that the term of this specific amendment expired beginning l
February 1,1983, and therefore have resumed channel functional testing as i
usual.
The testing is scheduled as if the tests were conducted in January, i.e., one channel test per week.

your office.
It was agreed that this was the appropriate course of action.
