2003 Annual Primary Coolant Activity Report Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-368 License No. NPF-6

Dear Sir or Madam:

Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2), Technical Specification (TS) 6.9.1.5.e requires an annual submittal of the results of analyses in which primary coolant specific activity exceeded the limits of TS 3.4.8. The specific activity of the primary coolant, as required by TS 3.4.8, shall be limited to: a) less than or equal to 1.0 microcurie per gram Dose Equivalent 1-131, and b) less than or equal to 100/E-bar microcuries per gram (where E-bar equals the average disintegration energy). The purpose of this letter is to provide this information for 2003.

During 2003, no primary coolant samples exceeded the specific activity limits specified in TS 3.4.8. Should you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Dee Hawkins at (479) 858-5889.

There are no new commitments contained in this submittal.
