l Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 (ANO-1) Technical Specification 4.18.6 requires the complete i
results of the inservice inspection of the OTSG tubes be submitted to the NRC within 45 days of the completion of the inspection. Attached is the Steam Generator Tubing Inservice Inspection Report for the ANO-1 eleventh refueling outage (IRll). The OTSG inspection was completed on October 1,1993.
The random sample inspections of the "A" and "B" OTSG had Category C-2 results. The lane region of the "A" OTSG had Category C-3 results while all other special inspection regions had Category C-1 or C-2 results. Attached are the complete results of the inspections of the OTSGs.
This report supplements the information provided to the NRC by letter dated October 6,1993 (ICAN109304), which was required to be submitted per Technical Specifications 4.18.6 and 6.12.5 as a result of the C-3 inspection results. The additional information requested during our telephone conversation on October 12,1993, and confirmed in the NRC letter approv'mg the C-3 report (ICNA109301 dated October 13,1993), is included in the attachment. This submittal completes the reporting requirements of Technical Specification 4.18.6 for 1R11.
