Gentlemen:
Your letter dated February 12,1982,(0CNA028210) requested a commitment and schedule to propose AN0-1 Technical Specifications that would require the control room chlorine detection and protection system be equally effective whether either AN0-1 or AN0-2 is at power.
We hereby commit to propose ANO-1 Technical Specifications that will require chlorine detector operability similar to ANO-2.
These proposed Technical Specifications will be submitted by June 16, 1982.
