summary of the ISI component examinations. The ISI was performed before and during the eleventh refueling outage (IR11) for ANO-1. The cur.ge was completed on October 19, 1993. This form was prepared in accordance with the 1989 Edition of Section XI of the Code.
The forms NIS-2, " Owner's Repon for Repairs and Replacements" are provided in
. Attachment 2 and_ address repairs and/oi replacements since the completion of the tenth refueling' outage (IR10), May 9,1992, through the completion of IRll, October 19, 1993, for ANO-1.
