A brief description of the changes made in this revision is included as Att achment I and the spacific changes to the ISP are shown in Attachment 2.
In accordante with 10CFR50.54(p), it was determined by Entergy Operations that these changes do not decrease the sn feguards ef f ect iveness of the plan and, therefore, may be implemented wIthout prfor NRC approva1.
The attached material describes current and proposed security measures; therefore, Ent ergy Operat ions hns det ermined that the nttached documentation contnins safeguards information ns specified by 10CFR73.21.
The attached documentation should therefore be handled approprintely.
