In ancordance with 10CFR50.4, attached is the original plus three (3) copies (Copy Nos. 1-4) of Revirion 21 to the Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO)
Industrial Security Plan. Copies 5 and 6 are being submitted to NRC Region IV. A brief description of the changes mad in this revision is included as Attachment 1 and the specific changes are shown in Attachment 2.
In accordance with 10CfR50.54(p), it was determined by Entergy Operations that these changes do not dacrease the safeguards ef f ectiveness of the plan and, therefore, may be implemented without prior NRC approval.
Additionally, these changes have been discussed with Region IV Security Ctaff.
The attached material describes current and proposed sacurity- training requirements; therefore, Entergy Opnrations has determined that the attached docementation contains propriety information as specified by 10CFR2.790(d). The attached documentation should; therefore, be handled appropriately.
