- 'A Special Report (0CAN079502) dated July 14,1995, reported a condition which resulted in 6e Safety Analysis Report allowable outage time of seven days to be exceeded due to the j
inoperability of electric fire pump, P-6A. In this Special Report, ANO committed to install a i
I replacement pump by July 28,1995. However, post installation testing indicated the presence of flow anomalies which necessitated further repairs. The delay.in returning the pump to-service was discussed with Mr. Phil Harrell of NRC Region IV on July 28,1995. The pump i
was subsequently disassembled, repaired, and reinstalled. Testing was completed and the l
pump was declared operable on July 31,1995.
