In accordance with 10CFR50.54(P), attached are two copies (copy number 1 to Mr. Robert D. Martin and copy number 2 to Mr. Hugh L. Thompson, Jr.) of Revision Number 7 to the Arkansas Nuclear One Industrial Security Plan.
A brief description of each change made in this revision is provided.
It was determined by Arkansas Power & Light that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and, therefore, were made without prior NRC approval.
