ATTACHMENT B PERSONNEL EXPOSURE AND MONITORING REPORT, 1992 (Annual Operating Report Reg. Guide 1.16)

Unit 1 special maintenance resulting in significant personnel exposure included:

replacement of the "D" reactor coolant pump, 100%. steam generator inspection and an expanded scope of maintenance, control rod drive mechanism flange gasket replacements,' chemical decontamination of the reactor building portion of the drain header, letdown system, and the quench tank, extensive scope of inservice inspections, and RCS insulation replacement.

Unit 2 special maintenance resulting in significant personnel exposure included:

a forced shutdown for steam generator inspection and repairs, replacement of "A" reactor coolant pump motor, replacement of the "B" steam generator feedwater nozzle, 100% snubber inspection and the removal to long standing crud traps from the internals of valves 2SI-15B and 15D.
