Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 and 50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 Senior Nucleer Management Representative Gentlemen:
For the past year I have been evaluating our management team to assure that our interfaces with the NRC are appropriate and to continue enhancing the quality of our management of activities associated with Arkansas Nuclear One.
During this period, our organization has continued to gain in nuclear management experience and has focused on the strength of our Nuclear Operations Department headed by Mr. John M. Griffin, Vice President, Nuclear Operations.
To continue the development of our nuclear management organization, I have designated Mr. John Griffin to be the Senior Nuclear Management Representative for Arkansas Power & Light Company, By focusing the interface with the NRC on a senior management position which is completely dedicated to nuclear activities, I believe that the overall management of activities in support of Arkansas Nuolear One will be greatly enhanced.
