Description	A self-revealing Green finding and associated NCV of Sequoyah Unit 1 Technical Specification 5.4, Procedures, was identified on June 25, 2016, when the licensee did not implement procedures to calibrate Delta-T/Tavg Channel IV with the correct test equipment input impedance settings, which resulted in Delta-T/Tavg Channel IV being out of technical specifications allowed tolerances.
