799 Roosevelt Road Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 Reportable Occurrence Report #81-01/03X-1, Docket #050-010 is being submitted to your office in accordance with Dresden Nuclear Power Station Technical Specification 6.6.B.2.(c), observed inadequacies in the implementation of administrative or procedural controls which threaten to cause reduction of degree of redundancy provided in reactor protection systems or engineera,d safety feature systems.

This supplemental report has been issued to correct tyoographical errors in the report type listed on the License Event Raport form which indicated a report type G instead of L.

Also, an incorrect Reportable Occurrence Report number was referenced in the original transmittar letter which listed RO 31-03/03L-0 instead of R0 31-01/.
