Subject: [External_Sender] RE: NRC Inspection Report

HI Jeremy. Based on my schedule and the response date to reply back to the NRC within the 30 day

window, I would like to request a 30 day extension for QA submittal responses to July 30, 2022. This

is due to time I will not be available due to vacation and travel during June and pending audits of TLI

Engineering by other suppliers during this period.

Your consideration in granting this request will be most appreciated.

Regards,

Tom Barron

Subject: NRC Inspection Report

Good morning Andy

The NRC has completed issuance of the Orano-TLI inspection report for fabrication activities at CPC.

I have attached the cover letter and two enclosures that include the inspection report itself and the

Notice of Violation (NOV). The report is currently going through our internal process to become

publicly available in ADAMS, which should occur next week on or about June 7. A hard copy will also

be coming in the mail to your Fulton, MD office.

Thank you and we look forward to your response to the NOV. If you have any questions please let

me know. If you would like to request an extension to the 30 day response requirement, please

reach out to me by email and I will make sure it gets to the appropriate management personnel for

review and approval, as appropriate.

Best Regards,

Jeremy Tapp
