immediate
termination
of their Radioactive
Materials
License, No. 50-29273-01, Docket No. 03-37559 expiring on February 28, 2033. We will not continue to utilize this license as we have secured an NRC Radioactive
Materials
License with a sister company to BSEn and any associated
work will be performed
under the new license. As shown on the attached NRC form 314, there were no radioactive
materials
procured or possessed
under this license. Therefore
no surveys were required.
