REMARKS: IMC 1245 App D1, "Maintaining Qualifications." Revised to add requalification requirements for RTR licensed operator examiners. Modified the COVID waiver to encourage inspectors and examiners to complete in-person refresher training courses at the earliest opportunity. Provided additional instructions regarding how to select the Alternative Refresher Training program for reactor inspectors."
