Dear Mr. Pollock:
This is in response to your letter dated May 7,1978, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a listing of the entourage which accompanied each Commissioner on the out-of-town trips.
You also stated that itemized costs charged to the United States Government for each member of the Commissioner's party be included in the response, as well as copies of travel vouchers.
In response to your request the travel vouchers listed in Appendix A are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W. , Washington D.C. We have determined that the home addresses and social security numbers of the persons whose travel vouchers were requested are not within the scope of your request. This information has, therefore, been deleted from the copies of the travel vouchers which have been placed in the PDR.
Also you requested that the period covered by your Freedom of Information Act request dated April 22, 1978 for information regarding the NRC Commissioners' travel be extended through May 1978. A copy of the requested information is being placed in the PDR as a supplement to my ,
response dated June 9, 1978 to you regarding F01A-78-117.
