RESCISSION OF AUGUST 24, 2020, ORDER PROHIBITING INVOLVEMENT IN NRC-LICENSED ACTIVITIES (IA-20-008)
Dear Mr. Shea:
On January 15, 2021, in CLI-21-03, the Commission affirmed the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision to set aside the immediate effectiveness of the Staffs enforcement Order in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding associated with the subject enforcement Order.
Upon further review of the facts of your case and in light of the Commissions ruling, we are hereby rescinding the August 24, 2020, Order in its entirety.
In accordance with 10 CFR, Section 2.390, of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room and from the NRCs Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
