Centlemen:

This is in reference to your letter dated August 4, 1986 to amend your byproduct

material license. In order to complete our review, va need the following

additional information:

1. Youf should submit a copy of your Troxler training certificate. In a

telephone conversation on August 22, 1986, you stated that you would

attend a Troxler training session on September 4, 1986 and that you

would forward a copy of the course completion certificate, since prior

certificates are not readily availcble.

2. You should indicate whether Mr. La Fond's name should be deleted from

the license.

We will contitiue the review of your amendment request upon receipt of this

information. If we do not receive a reply from you within 30 calendar days,

from the date of this letter, we shall assume that you do not wish to pursue

your application. Please reply in duplicate, and refer to Mail Control No.
