Thank you for the kind invitation to participate in the United States seminar on nuclear power technology in Jakarta, Indonesia j in April.
Because of scheduling complications I am not available to participate in the seminar myself, a situation I regret. However, I recorrend to you my Deputy, Hr. Jack W. Roe, who I believe would make a strong cor.tribution to the serinar. Jack is very experi-enced in nuclear safety and regulatory matters and shares my l interest in making NRC expertise accessible to fe, reign agencies which oversee the safety of nuclear power technology supplied by the United States.
