SUBJECT: CONFIRMATION OF ARRANGEMENT FOR PREDESICIONAL ENFORCEMENT

CONFERENCE (NRC INSPECTION FIPORT NO. 150-00016/97-03)-

Dear Mr. Vandevelde:

This letter confirms that a transcribed predesicional enforcement conference

will be held between the NRC and Ground Engineering and Testing Service Inc.,

regarding the NRC's findings described in NRC Inspection Report No.150-

00016/97-03. ' The conference, which will be open to public observation, will

.be held on February 18, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. at the-address noted above. The

arrangement for the conference was made during a telephone-discussion on-

February 5.1998, between Mr. Dennis Duerr of your staff and Mr. Charles Hosey

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's-" Rules of Practice," a copy of
