Limitations:

No individual call placed against this BPA shall exceed $1,,000.00. The minimm dollar value per call is $40.00.

EXTENT OF OBLIGATION The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized calls actually placed against this BPA .

The Goverreent reserves the right to amend this BPA upon request of the Contracting Officer; also the right to a no cost temination, prior to its completion, in the event there is no longer a Goverreent requirenett.
