| Title | Offsite Notification To Local Government Agency Following Siren Activation During Testing |
| Event Description | One emergency siren activated for approximately one minute during planned maintenance activities. The control room was notified later and the initial determination was that the event was not reportable. However, upon further review, it was determined to be reportable due to later media and local government notification.
The licensee informed the NRC Resident Inspector. |
