Dear Mr. Morris:
We .are grateful to have had , the opportunity to provide in person and written feedback regarding the unfortunate medical event that occurred on June 14, 2017. We do not disagree with the enforcement action specified in your letter of April 24, 2018. Payment of the fine will be sent separate to this letter as specified in the payment methods brochure.
During this process we have made many programmatic changes, including policies, staff and administrative resources.
