Notification of Resignation of Maine Yankee OfficerOn March 2, 2012 (Reference 1), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a favorable Foreign Ownership,

Control, or Influence (FOCI) determination for Maine Yankee AtomicPower Company (Maine Yankee).

In accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1),

Maine Yankee isnotifying the NRC that Mr. James Connell retired from his position as the Site Vice President and ISFSIManager-at Maine Yankee effective February 15, 2014. As the Site Vice President, Mr. Connell was an officer of Maine Yankee. This position of Site Vice President will not befilled at the current time.In addition, Mr. Connell served as the Facility Security Officer to ensure that Maine Yankeecomplies with the requirements of 10 CFR 95 and its Standard Practice Procedures Plan in orderto maintain its 10 CFR 95 Facility Clearance.

Mr. Larry Jewett was appointed as the newFacility Security Officer.

As defined in 10 CFR 95.19(b)(1),
